2008 BTCA National Specialty - what an encore

Medrick came out of retirement at 16 plus years to win the hearts and cheers of the ring-side spectators at the 2008 National Specialty in Hutto, TX on September 26, 2008.
Not only did he win his class (13 yrs and over) in regular veterans but also went on to make the first cut in breed.

2007 BTCA National Specialty successes

At 15 years plus, Medrick qualified in Intro to Quarry at the Specialty Earthdog Tests (September 18) under judge Lia Bijsterveld. He then topped this by winning first place in the 13yrs and over Veteran Sweepstakes class on September 20th (Judge Linda Cribbs)
